Supreme health starts with the passionate desire for change.
The next and vital step is the willingness to act upon that desire! Many people “wish” for things but only a fraction of those people actually “follow through.”
Often the ultimate reason why people don’t wish to be "average" is because:
The average person in the developed world is generally unhappy, unspectacular, but most importantly...UNHEALHY!
Zhuno.com won’t change everyone's viewpoint regardless of how much effort is put into the promotion of this site. There will always be average, overweight, unhealthy people because many people are not willing to put in the effort to change. It is the existence of those people that grant YOU the opportunity to excel. Life is a game; there are spectators... and there are players. It is up to YOU to decide whether you watch everyone else or play the game yourself.
This site is not really concerned with those who are not willing to put in the effort to change their health. I have learnt that it is best to seek out those who wish to strive. If I have reached out to you then I have done what I set out to do!
First things first…
The first change that must be addressed before anything else in one’s life is health. Every worthwhile thing in life is only really enjoyable if you have peak health to enjoy it with. Most people would rather have good health as opposed to good wealth (just ask anyone at random). The fact is; you are far more likely to get wealthy if you have good health than if you don’t. Do I really need a citation for that? I think not... it is common logic.
Health of body will lead to health of mind… that is virtually an indisputable fact.
Another indisputable fact is that good health revolves around good nutrition. Not just knowledge of good nutrition but the ability to apply it; and apply it for life!
We are all unique in our own special way...
... Our strengths and weaknesses are something that we mostly have control over though. Just because we have “equal rights” does not mean we are all “born equal”… nor does it mean that we travel down “equal paths”.That fact is fully appreciated by this site and will always be taken into account. There are no "one size fits all" solutions to any health issue.
The vast majority of people in developed countries like for example USA and UK are in poor health due to poor diet. If you put yourself outside of that bracket then you must surely possess superhuman status, right? Damn right you will! Applying the principles of a good diet is something that is easier said than done though. With the right attitude, and the means to obtain the right knowledge, it is an attainable goal.
All you need to do is look at all of the problems associated with poor nutrition and you will get an idea of how important good eating habits are to us. Many people do not realise the extent to which they can improve their personal health through "Optimum Nutrition"…
Typical conditions that arise from and/ or are exacerbated by poor diet include:

If you have looked at any of those conditions listed above and thought, “Nonsense… That has nothing to do with what people eat!” Then you have thought wrong. I assure you 100% that all of those items listed above are highly associated with eating habits.
Nutrition is at the core of all of our lives. That is something that certain junk food retailers would rather you did not know!
We all know how important our health is. Our health is the starting point of everything in our lives. For example:
1. We can’t make lots of money if we are not healthy enough mentally and physically to cope with what needs to be done.
2. We can not have a wonderful relationship with our partner if we are depressed and anxious all the time.
We cannot truly appreciate all the joys of the world unless we have good health.
Our health comes first in everything…
